Termites are rare in our climate — but that doesn't mean your wood is safe. These two pests cause just as much damage and are frequently misidentified.
Minnesota's most common wood-destroyer. Unlike termites, carpenter ants don't eat wood — they excavate it to build nesting galleries. Look for piles of coarse sawdust (frass), soft rustling sounds in walls, and large black ants near moisture-damaged wood. Left untreated, colonies can cause significant structural damage over time.
Often mistaken for termite damage, powder post beetles attack hardwoods and can infest lumber, furniture, and structural wood. Their calling card: tiny round exit holes and fine powdery frass that looks like talcum powder. Infestations can persist silently for years and spread through your home undetected without professional treatment.

Vole Control
Annual program with treatment intervals adjusted based on population severity and progress. Protects your lawn and landscaping.
Mole Elimination
CO gas treatment directly into active tunnels for fast, effective elimination. Includes a one-month warranty. Grub treatments also available to address the food source.
Mice & Rats
Comprehensive indoor/structural rodent treatment — baiting, trapping, and entry-point identification. One flat fee covers everything through your warranty period.
Cockroach Elimination
We return every 1–2 weeks until the infestation is fully eliminated. Barring extreme circumstances, one flat rate covers the full treatment process.
Bed Bug Treatment
Liquid treatment on beds for elimination, and dust treatment along floor boards for long term prevention. Up to 2 beds per room. Pricing scales with the number of rooms treated.
General Pest Application
One-time interior or exterior treatment for a broad range of common pests. Includes one follow-up visit. No long-term warranty.
Yard Ant Treatment
Targeted outdoor ant treatment covering your yard and property perimeter. Ideal for carpenter ant colonies, mound ants, and yard-wide infestations.
